Please cancel at least 72 hours before date of arrival to avoid any charges.
In case of No-Show or Cancellation less than 72 hours, one night’s room rent will be charged to guests’ credit card which cannot be later reversed or disputed.
If the hotel cannot get pre-authorisation on the guests’ credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking without any notice.
In case of Regular Studio & Deluxe Studio, full amount for entire stay will be charged to Credit Card at the time of booking. This is not refundable & booking cannot be cancelled or amended.
Debit Cards are not acceptable. Entering Debit Cards will lead to cancellation of booking without any notice.
As a check-in procedure, proper identification document (Passport, Driving Licence or UAE Labour Card) will be required.
